Berat turun sebab sakit (tips untuk kurus)

Aku lupa nak cerita kat blog, yang recently aku sakit hari, I have lost few weights. Well, those weights that were actually really tough to be put off. Dah gila macam2 cara aku try, I just can't seem to shed those weight off. 


Hari tu aku timbang. Got a little shock. I managed to shed off 3 kg okayyy! Padan lah lately seluar rasa longgar wakaka. Seminggu lebih jugak lah aku sakit menyebabkan aku hilang sampai 3 kg.

So these are what happened during I sicked:

Aku ni jenis lebih suka kunyah makanan kat belah kiri mulut. Tapi bila aku kena ulcer hari tu kat dinding pipi belah kiri, a really huge ulcer, I have difficulty to chew the food. Aku terpaksa fokus kunyah kat belah kanan. So it actually slows down my speed of chewing. Because it was effing hard wohh. Since I always tend to chew at the left part. And also, sebab lidah belah kanan kurang rasa dari kiri, I lost appetite.

Kunyah perlahan = diet
Lost appetite, doesn't eat much = diet

Then aku demam and batuk. So obviously, aku tak akan nak minum air sejuk, takkan nak makan makanan berminyak, not even want to sip those sweet drinks. Bila batuk, anything sweet that goes down my throat, will feel really awful, actually. Bila makan KFC or McD pulak, aku pi buang kentang goreng dia. And aku banyak minum air suam.

No cold water = diet
No oily food = diet
No sweets = diet

Aku tidur gila banyak time demam. Aku bangun hanya untuk makan, then makan ubat, lepas tu tidur balik. Then bila bangun starve like hell, but don't have any urge to eat at all. Kalau makan pun, buat milo, makan roti separuh keping. Then tamau dah. Selang 2-3 jam bila lapar lagi, I did the same thing. Makan roti tak habis. Even mak aku buat bubur pun aku makan separuh mangkuk.

Tidur banyak =  diet
Makan sikit2 selang 2-3 jam =  diet
Makan tak habis = diet

So basically, what I really did time sakit tuh, semua konsep orang pakai time diet. Tu yang mendadak sikit jugak lah berat aku turun. Sampai 3 kg. Walhal susah kot nak turun 3 kg. Aku pun kira tak sengaja shed off those unwanted kgs. So, kalau korang rasa nak diet, korang buat laa macam aku buat. Tapi serius lah, susah kot. Lepas dah baik dari sakit, aku cuba try buat balik, tak jadi. Selera aku memang besar wakaka. Tapi, alhamdulillah laa berat aku tak naik langsung after turun tu. Cuz I also did exercise a little recently keh3.
