This is shocking
I know this is old, but I just found out that 2 members of my my long time favourite Japanese boyband, NEWS, have leaved the group last October. Awww man, sh*t this iz sad! I iz sad! I adore them since 2007 okaaaay. It's understandable for Ryo to leave the group because of certain reasons (but still it's an awwww) but Yamapi? He's just being selfish okay, selfish. This news iz very sad, veryyyyy sad.
because to leave a comfort zone to be able to follow your dream is quickly accused as 'selfish' nowadays... /sigh

Did I ever said anything about wanting Yamapi to act the way we want him to do? Did I?
ReplyDeleteNo, I haven't state the reasons why I feel so disappointed with Yamapi. I have been a NEWS' fan for quite a long time. Long enough to call myself a hardcore fan of them. Reasons why I feel disappointed? Simple. I've watched them grow. I watched Yamapi grows. It just hitting me hard when I get to know that NEWS' leader, who supposed to be their backbone, just back off like that. It's hard breaking you know, knowing them for a very long time.
I don't know how long you have been a NEWS' fan, but you can't just bombard other people's blog just to say stuffs like that when you know nothing about the sentimental value that this group has gave me. I love NEWS, seriously. I've watched them having fun together, comforting each other, loving each other. That's why it seems very hard for me to accept the fact Yamapi leaves, just like that.
You have your own opinion, and I have mine. Can't you just respect?

Comment like this is very heart breaking actually. I'm having a hard time to accept the fact that they can't be 6 people in a group again. I might have said some offensive word but yeah, sorry cuz I can't express my feelings well enough in this post.
ReplyDeleteAnd another thing is, no one says that Yamapi can't do solo works while he is still in NEWS. I supported his solo projects. He can still do whatever he wanna do. But he still anyway chooses to be apart from NEWS to pursue his solo career. Yeah, it's the path that has chosen, we can't do anything about it.
